Arthritis-Friendly Piano Chair

The best seat to play the piano is, obviously, a proper piano bench.
But when you have arthritis in your back and shoulders, you need something that you can lean back on that will also give you adequate support.
I could manage to play/sing for longer periods of time if I did not have to hold up my spine and joints by myself, as the inflammation and edema would be lessened.
What I am looking for is something like a professional ergonomic computer chair, without the wheels, and with adjustable (or removable) arm rests. A chair that has a high enough back to offer considerable support to my entire back, neck, and head, while also being stationary and allowing for full range arm movement. If it had a storage area under the seat that would be even better!!!
Just a chair that will be comfortable enough to ease the pain in my SI joints, hips, spine, ribs, shoulders - all from Ankylosing Spondylitis - while still offering stability.

The last time I performed, we rigged up something from materials we happened to have in the house. I have a massage 'seat' (that reaches up to my neck) that we placed on a regular plastic chair, then added a throw pillow for me to sit on, plus another throw pillow behind my lower back for added support. Then we covered the whole contraption with a blanket to conceal the mish-mash of it all.

(And Ryan says I have too many throw pillows. Pfft).

Whatever works right!?!?
