I am currently working on the lists for wedding music - everything from background dinner music to the reception dance portion.

What are your favourite songs to hear at a wedding?

What are some songs that make you immediately want to vacate the dance floor?

What songs are completely overdone?

What traditions do you think should be kept? (Like YMCA, Macarena, Chicken Dance, etc...)?

Since the party is more about the guests and just celebrating in general, what are your top party songs that make you feel like you HAVE to get on that dance floor the second the first riff begins?

What are some songs that are a little out-of-the-box but still well-known enough that they get people moving?

What is the worst song you have ever heard played at a wedding?

As I'm sure you all know, music is crucial in every part of my life. Our wedding day will be no different. I want to make sure that this list is well thought out and well-planned. :)
