Busy Busy Busy

The music part of my life has been in a bit of a lull lately.
Although I was still able to be at the Gutsy Walk, and will soon be providing a little background music for an art gallery, I have been really missing out on learning new music. I haven't been able to record a new youtube vid in weeks!
We have been under quite a bit of stress... and my to-do-lists at home have been longer than usual, taking up all of my energy.

But I am looking forward to shortening my lists a little bit in order to make more room for music again. It really is a true love and I have been really missing it.

So instead of random late night Jurassic Park theme music going from in my head to figuring it out on the piano, I plan on taking out my list of requests and getting started... again...
Though I haven't been deliberately been musically driven lately... I still ALWAYS sing along to jingles - even on the most annoying commercials - and I have to admit I can be pretty critical if I hear someone randomly singing horribly off tune. And tonight I got to watch a bunch of Snapchats and Instagram videos from friends who were able to go to the Bryan Adams concert (super jealous). Looked like an amazing concert... and damn did he ever sound good.
Incredible.

(By the way I love Jurassic Park theme music... I drum it with my fingertips every few nights).

So although there has been a bit of a lull with my own musical creativity, it never stops me from enjoying every piece of music heaven I can find.
