Guessing Songs

So Rj found albums that have classical renditions of popular songs - piano or string versions.
He thought it would be a fun idea for him to play the music and have me try to guess which songs they are. I didn't look at the list and couldn't see the screen.
So I went LIVE on Instagram and even a bit on Facebook to try it out.

To be fair the live video is mostly just me thinking - trying to place the songs - but it was such a fun game.

After practicing, Rj and I took a look at the music for our wedding and I actually put together a cohesive setlist! I am shocked at the amount of time, energy, and work that it took creating a wedding playlist. Hours and hours and hours of choosing songs, making cuts over and over again, and somehow getting about 12 hours of music down to 4.5, and then in an order that makes sense!!
By saving money by not hiring a dj we sure added in a TON of work.
But it's finished!!!!

Today was a completely music-filled day.
From church in the early afternoon to song guessing with Rj, followed by practicing and then finalizing a setlist, I am beyond exhausted, but it was all worth it.
Why?
Because
I love My Musical Life!!
